Nek\u00fcnk viszont se id\u0151nk, se kedv\u00fcnk nincs addig v\u00e1rni a harmadik gasztro(g)n\u00f3m s\u00f6rrel, ez\u00e9rt r\u00e1vetj\u00fck magunkat, b\u00e1rmennyire is ny\u00e1ri eledel a hideg z\u00f6lds\u00e9gleves. A spanyolok h\u00edres-neves gazpachoja joggal ismert \u00e9s elismert bolyg\u00f3szerte, eredete pedig term\u00e9szetesen a m\u00falt k\u00f6d\u00e9be v\u00e9sz. Rengeteg vari\u00e1ci\u00f3ja l\u00e9tezik, ebb\u0151l az egyiket, a gazpacho manchegot, mely kaszt\u00edliai sz\u00e1rmaz\u00e9k, dokument\u00e1ltan a XII. sz\u00e1zad \u00f3ta ismerik \u00e9s fogyasztj\u00e1k.
